Victory Social is an all-encompassing culinary destination located in the Victory Park neighborhood of Downtown Dallas. Guests can have a variety of dining experiences, ranging from fast-casual at the Eatery to an uplifted curated Chef Driven menu concept. Rise & Thyme – Rise & Thyme is a Hospitality Alliance original - an all-day café, featuring “best-in-glass” coffee from Lemma Coffee Roasters, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and tacos, an array of toasts and bagels, savory French toast and much more.

Park Bistro – Park Bistro is a lunchtime destination focusing on fresh salads, delicious sandwiches that are hand-crafted to order, and delicious soups prepared daily. It is a nod to the classic all-American bistro, combining seasonal ingredients, sustainably sourced proteins, and fresh baked breads.

Itzá Cocina – Itza Cocina is a playful and elevated spin on the contemporary taqueria. Fresh proteins and vegetables are marinated and grilled each day, along with homemade tortillas coming fresh off the plancha. Itzá Cocina serves tacos, burritos, and bowls in a number of varieties, and freshly made salsas, queso, and guacamole are always available.

Birdie – Birdie is an original concept from Victory Social executive chef Josh Harmon. In 2022, Birdie was named one of the top new restaurants of the year by D Magazine, and Harmon combines his passion for southern food and Asian-inspired techniques in this one-of-a-kind fried chicken restaurant. With subtle nods to other “chicken establishments”, Harmon’s take on fried chicken, and homestyle sides and housemade kimchi, pushes boundaries.

Overview
As a AM/PM Server at our Eatery & Bar @Victory Social, your role will be pivotal in delivering an exeptional Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner experience to our guests. Leveraging your core skills in POS systems, food service, and food handling, you will excel in taking orders, serving meals, and upholding food safety standards. Your premium skills in culinary experience in a fast casual enviroment will elevate our offerings and ensure a memorable experience for patrons. With relevant skills in guest services, you will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Join our team and showcase your expertise in a vibrant and innovative dining environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality, provide timely, accurate, detail oriented and friendly service.
  • Anticipate guest's needs and respond with a sense of urgency
  • Work with service team to provide an overall exceptional dining experience through attentive service and rapport with our guests
  • Memorizing the ALL the food menus and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks, including seasonal changes and specialty menus
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
  • Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere
  • Professional communications with Guests, team, management.
  • Wine, Cocktails, spirits, and Beer knowledge is a plus
  • TEAM & TEAM etiquette

Requirements

  • Casual fast paced dining experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Willingness to investing time to learn all 6 Concepts (cuisines) menus

Upselling and sales experience a plus

  • Wine knowledge a plus
