Join us on a mission to transform how consumers experience beauty and personal care online — with full commercial ownership of the Amazon channel across multiple global legendary brands.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Own:</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Collaboration:</strong></p><p>Act as the connective tissue across Amazon, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners — from Brand and Supply Chain to Digital Shelf and Media — ensuring alignment and flawless execution.</p><p><strong>Customer Growth Strategy:</strong></p><p>Support the Joint Business Plan (JBP), lead commercial discussions with Amazon AVS, and activate high-impact test-and-learn initiatives to drive sales, trial, and profitability.</p><p><strong>Full P&L Ownership:</strong></p><p>Own topline and bottom-line responsibility for the Amazon business, including sales forecasting, trade spend management, co-op alignment, and margin optimization in collaboration with Finance and RGM teams.</p><p><strong>Promotional Planning & Execution:</strong></p><p>Own the promotional calendar across key events like Prime Day, BFCM, DOTDs, and coupons. Align internal teams on investment strategy, timing, and execution to maximize visibility and ROI.</p><p><strong>Forecasting Leadership:</strong></p><p>Manage forecasting across brands and categories. Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain to align sales targets with inventory planning and availability.</p><p><strong>New Product Launches:</strong></p><p>Lead go-to-market strategy for new items — including set-up, content coordination, and launch plans — ensuring visibility, timeliness, and commercial success.</p><p><strong>Performance Analytics:</strong></p><p>Track and analyze KPIs like POS, conversion, OOS, chargebacks, NetPPM, and SOROOS. Use insights to fuel smarter decisions and protect long-term profitability.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p><p><strong>Amazon Expertise:</strong></p><p>8–10+ years managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts, with direct ownership of forecasting, trade, promotions, and performance levers.</p><p><strong>CPG & eCommerce Acumen:</strong></p><p>Background in consumer goods or high-volume eCommerce preferred. You understand brand building and performance at scale.</p><p><strong>P&L and Forecasting Fluency:</strong></p><p>Proven ability to own and manage a full P&L.
