Overview
The Bounce House Setup Crew Member is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, setup, and takedown of inflatable bounce houses and related equipment at various event locations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. We would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Delivery and Transportation:

Setup and Takedown:

  • Accurately set up bounce houses and other rental equipment according to safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Securely anchor and stabilize equipment to ensure user safety.
  • Properly inflate and deflate bounce houses.
  • Perform thorough inspections/sanitizing of equipment before and after each use.
  • Efficiently and carefully dismantle and pack up equipment after events.

Customer Service:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients at event locations.
  • Explain proper usage and safety guidelines to customers.
  • Address customer questions and concerns in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Maintain a professional apperance.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of bounce houses and equipment.
  • Report any equipment damage or malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and storage area.

Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies and checklists.
  • Ensure a safe environment for both customers and crew members.
  • Properly use safety equipment and follow safety procedures.

Teamwork:

  • Work effectively as part of a team to complete setup and takedown tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Be punctual, and ready to work when scheduled.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (may be required).
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ pounds).
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Previous experience in event setup or related fields is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
