Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Data & AI New Business and Partner Management teams to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Advocate for Data and AI customers by executing on their needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Supply teams to identify and prioritize content gaps.
  • Translate customer needs into new revenue opportunities with Supply, Product, and Customer teams.
  • Support content growth partnerships and acquisitions with the Supply team.
  • Anticipate future content needs based on the evolving Data & AI landscape.
  • Develop and assess the effectiveness of content growth initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
  • Contribute to industry thought leadership through webinars and conferences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading content strategy initiatives with a deep understanding of AI and ML technologies.
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging content formats.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of supporting new content growth initiatives and translating customer feedback into revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
