The Opportunity

As we expand our reach and deepen our impact in the consumer goods industry, the role of Engineering Manager is more crucial than ever. You will be leading a dynamic team of engineers who are at the forefront of developing the technology that powers our platform. Your leadership will directly contribute to the innovation and effectiveness of our solutions that support transparency and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of software engineers in the development and optimization of our technology solutions.
Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to align engineering with broader company objectives.
Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

About You

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role in technology.
Strong technical background with experience in software development and system architecture.
Excellent team building, talent development, and leadership skills.
Experience in managing agile projects and a good understanding of software development cycles.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence engineers and stakeholders alike.
