About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Research Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting cross-functional teams by gathering and consolidating critical data and documentation necessary for ongoing projects. You'll act as a key connector between the CSA teams, UPS teams, and engine centers to ensure no information is missed and that deliverables stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Gathering

Identify, locate, and collect missing or incomplete data, parts, and documentation from various internal and external sources.

  • Collaboration

Serve as a liaison across CSA teams, UPS teams, and engine centers to close information gaps and ensure all required data is available and up to date.

  • Data Tracking

Follow up on outstanding items and drive timely completion of deliverables and tasks.

  • Reporting

Maintain clear records and report status updates on outstanding items to stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Team Support

Provide general administrative assistance and help streamline the flow of information across teams to support overall project success.

You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent education/experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization (management, co-workers, customer)
  • Proficient with basic office tools (Excel, Outlook, documentation software).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and following up on open items.
  • VBA Coding experiences a plus.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to ITAR regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
