Job Summary:The Nurse Manager – Progressive Care will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, overseeing the delivery of care within our progressive care unit. They will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff within the progressive care unit
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and assess the effectiveness of interventions
  • Manage unit resources effectively to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Previous experience in a nursing leadership role preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience:
