QUE VAS-TU FAIRE ?
Pour renforcer de notre équipe à oran , nous recherchons un operation officer au sein de la team ORAN pour :
Veiller au bien-être des chauffeurs : Nous sommes très présents et très proches de nos chauffeurs, c'est pour cela qu'ils s'engagent auprès de la plateforme et cela contribue à faire d'eux de véritables ambassadeurs Heetch! Donc bien les accueillir, les informer et les former!
Être toujours à jour sur les chiffres, avoir l'esprit d'analyse et les compétences nécessaires pour interpréter les variations et planifier des stratégies futures .
Faire du recouvrement et suivi de fichier quotidien y afférent .
Tu répondras aux demandes des chauffeurs et les aideras donner la meilleure expérience possible à nos passagers.
Participer au bien être de la team sur Oran et faire le relai pour la partie administrative avec le bureau Alger .
