Important Note: This is a remote position for highly experienced BDC agents located outside of our local Washington state market. We are not hiring locally for remote work. We are expanding our reach to tap into the best talent nationwide and are prepared to pay top dollar for true professionals.

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, high-performing BDC Sales Agent to join our fast-paced, high-volume team-remotely. The right candidate knows how to manage large lead volumes, thrives on setting and closing appointments, and understands the automotive sales cycle from inquiry to showroom. You will be an integral part of our success, helping to increase appointment show rates, drive conversions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts daily.
  • Convert digital leads into confirmed sales appointments (in-store or virtual).
  • Deliver immediate and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide them toward the next step in the buying process.
  • Document all communications and follow-ups in the CRM with accuracy and detail.
  • Maximize lead engagement using proven appointment-setting and re-engagement strategies.
  • Stay current on inventory, incentives, and promotions to provide relevant and compelling information.
  • Collaborate with our sales managers to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and communication.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume automotive dealership BDC or internet sales environment.
  • Proven success in setting, confirming, and converting appointments.
  • Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and over the phone.
  • Experience handling objections and overcoming hesitation with confidence.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated-able to manage time and tasks independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms, phone systems, texting platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • A true team player with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive goals.
  • Automotive industry experience is required.
