About the role

The Senior Post Production Supervisor will lead the Post-Production team and develop the processes for all creative marketing video content, ensuring efficient workflows and the delivery of high-quality assets. You are the bridge between the Creative Services Video team and Marketing Globalization's International team. You will manage A/V workflows, mastering, finishing, and supporting localization to implement global campaigns across platforms (SVOD, Theatrical, Games, Manga, and eCommerce).
  • Oversee End-to-End Post-Production
    • Manage the entire post-production process, including project planning, editing, sound mixing, color correction, mastering, and final delivery of video content.
    • Develop efficient schedules to meet delivery goals for multiple global campaigns.

    Team Management & Workflow Leadership
    • Lead the post-production team, ensuring efficient collaboration.
    • Troubleshoot workflow challenges and be the liaison across teams.

    Quality Control & Approval
    • Oversee A/V finishing workflows to ensure all assets meet technical and creative standards.
    • Align post-production strategies with creative and global marketing goals.
  • Localization & Asset Management
    • Coordinate with localization teams to deliver region-specific versions of content.
    • Implement and maintain systems for organizing, archiving, and retrieving assets.

    Vendor & Freelance Oversight
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelance editors, and localization teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of projects.

    Technical Leadership
    • Stay updated on industry trends and new tools to ensure the team operates with the latest techniques and technology.

This role is critical for streamlining workflows, ensuring quality, and supporting the successful execution of global marketing campaigns. The Senior Post Production Supervisor will play an important leadership role in aligning processes with our creative vision and global goals.

In the role of Senior Post Production Supervisor, you will report to the Director, Marketing Production.

About You

  • 12+ years in post-production with experience in video finishing, mastering, and A/V workflows
  • 8+ years of experience managing vendors and teams
  • Project management skills with an expertise in post-production software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Experience managing digital or social marketing assets
  • Knowledge of localization workflows
  • Experience working at entertainment studios
  • Experience building and streamlining workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or equivalent experience

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll's Total Rewards offerings for employees.
