We are looking for 5x8 Hour shifts with flexibility to work either in day or night shifts based on business needs. Initially 2 days requirement to work from office, remaining 3 days can be work from home.<br><br>Role level: • Senior Technician (Non-engineering role).<br><br>Scope and Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as a subject matter expert across telecom platforms (GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, messaging).<br>• Provide leadership in managing network outages from localized incidents to network-wide events.<br>• Lead and mentor NOC personnel, offering technical guidance and skill development.<br>• Develop and maintain training programs and operational documentation.<br>• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding service impacts and resolution progress.<br>• Support capital program deployments through real-time alarm monitoring, initial triage, and break-fix change execution.<br>• Provide 24/7 operational monitoring, ticket handling, and troubleshooting to ensure network stability and minimize post-deployment issues.<br>• Monitor KPIs, alarms, and system degradations, escalating where needed to ensure proper implementation and network performance.<br>• Perform pre- and post-deployment validations to confirm successful upgrades and proactively identify issues.<br>• Respond to alarms from tools such as One Console, Splunk, OpenSearch, NetScout, and CyberArk.<br>• Work closely with deployment teams (e.g., NCI/ATAC) to escalate and resolve service-impacting issues.<br>• Schedule and coordinate critical maintenance and break-fix activities with internal teams and vendors.<br>• Participate in troubleshooting bridges to resolve outages and degradation events linked to capital program deployments.<br><br>Technical Experience and Skills<br>• 4-7 years of technical experience in telecom or network operations.<br>• Deep knowledge and experience supporting Mavenir IMS access/core products (TAS/CSCF, BGCF, MRF, SBC etc) and/OR Ericsson IMS access products (Cloud Native SBG/BGF).<br>• Experience working with Automation tools<br>• Strong expertise in 5G core functions like AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, and NSSF.<br>• Understanding of 5G core networking protocols, such as Diameter and SIP<br>• Experienced using diagnostic tools including Wireshark, tcpdump, OpenSearch, and Splunk.<br>• Effective leadership, communication, and documentation skills.<br>• Proficient in using standard tools such as Microsoft Office and relevant network databases.<br><br>Education:<br>• High School Diploma or GED (required). Work Schedule and Travel<br>• 10-hour shifts.<br>• Must be available to lead troubleshooting sessions and handle critical outages outside of regular hours.
