The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive YouTube Content Moderator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated video content on YouTube to ensure it aligns with community guidelines, safety standards, and platform policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, evaluate, and moderate video content in alignment with YouTubes policies and community standards.

  • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Flag and escalate severe violations or emerging risks to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when moderating sensitive or graphic content.

  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to content creators when necessary.

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry regulations, and evolving content trends.

  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance your understanding of the role.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with content and creators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent command of the English language—both written and spoken.

  • Familiarity with YouTubes platform, features, and community guidelines.

Experience

Working Hours
