Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational functions in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Develop and implement processes, policies, and procedures that improve productivity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in a senior operations leadership role—preferably as a COO or similar position within a relevant industry.
  • Must have experience in the aerospace, aviation, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry.
  • Deep expertise in operations management, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
  • Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Financial acumen, including experience overseeing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and make forward-looking business decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred.
