We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist and Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing financial transactions, payroll processing, and HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and human resources, with experience handling payroll and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Duties:

  • Process payroll, including managing employee timesheets and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and manage benefits administration.
  • Assist with onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee concerns and assist in performance evaluations.

Accounting Coordinator Duties:

  • Process accounts payable vendor and overhead bills
  • Assist in preparing payment packets for approval.
  • Manage expense reporting and budget tracking.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting and/or human resources.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and ADP preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
