Education / Licensing Requirements:

Pharmacy Technician and PTCB Certification required.

Experience Requirements:

1-2 years' specialty pharmacy experience.

Position Overview:

Responsible for performing daily PBM account management activities to ensure

successful implementation and ongoing performance.

Responsibilities:

 Responds to day-to-day inquiries and service issues, analysis the issue and

provides a resolution.

 Processes claims and assists members with copay enrollment, copay processing

and copay reporting to the payers.

 Facilitates new members onboarding to Senderra.

 Received or initiates drug access inquiries, pricing and addition of the drugs to the

contracts.

 Compiles data requested by the payer to support payer issue inquiries.

 Supplies Senderra drug access information and services available.

 Investigates and resolves payer reimbursement issues.

 Participates in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed.

 Performs other incidental and related duties as required.

Working Conditions:

 Fast-paced environment.

 Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.

 Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).

 Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of

time. Requires sitting, bending.

 Works effectively with frequent interruptions.

 Lifting requirements of 15 pounds occasionally.

 Minimal travel <10%.
