About the position

Cycle Center of Denton is seeking a passionate Motorcycle and SxS enthusiast to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a family-owned and operated business located in Denton, TX, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and community involvement. Our dealership offers a wide range of products, including brands such as BMW, KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Honda, Polaris, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Slingshot, and Cf Moto. We are committed to growing our store to become the highest-rated dealership in North Texas, and we believe that our sales support team plays a crucial role in achieving this goal. In this position, you will be the oil in our engine, ensuring that our sales department operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated jack of all trades who is dedicated to providing a premium experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the presentation of our fleet of vehicles both in the showroom and online, capturing high-quality photos of new vehicles, and ensuring that all vehicles are accurately tagged and organized. You will work closely with both the sales and service managers to ensure that all vehicles are in a 'ready to sell' state and that any necessary recalls or repairs have been performed. Responsibilities

  • Capture multiple photo angles of new vehicles for sale and upload to the website.
  • Ensure all vehicles are accurately tagged after assembly and located properly, updating sale signage and pricing as needed.
  • Organize overstock vehicles in the warehouse, clean vehicles, and restock the showroom after sold vehicles leave.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to move and organize vehicles on the showroom and in the parking lot for optimal presentation.
  • Collaborate with the service manager to ensure all vehicles are in a 'ready to sell' state and that all applicable recalls or repairs have been performed.
  • Assist sales associates as needed and move sold units to the make-ready department, communicating effectively with team members on their status.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the showroom and vehicles to enhance the customer experience and product value.
  • Drive company truck and trailer for occasional vehicle deliveries and pickups.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to confidently and safely drive, push, and move all types of vehicles sold by the dealership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Motorcycle license (preferred)
  • Experience operating various types of vehicles such as ATV, SxS, full-size on-road motorcycles, manual transmission Slingshot, scooter, dirtbike, etc.
