As a Marketing Workflow Coordinator, your work is focused on setting up automation systems that allow online businesses to operate without manual follow-up. Install reminder sequences via email or SMS for users who don’t take action
Customize prebuilt logic flows to match different business models
Organize CRM Systems
Tag leads based on behavior (clicked, scheduled, no-showed)
Assign contacts to automated follow-up paths based on status
Keep workflows clean and organized for easy duplication and scaling
Run Tests and Maintain Workflow Integrity
Submit test leads and monitor the timing of each automation
Fix issues like skipped steps, missing tags, or incorrect routing
Clone successful workflows and modify them for other use cases
