OMG National, a 33-year-old marketing firm and five-year Inc. 5000 recipient, is seeking a qualified Business Development Specialist (BDS) for remote employment. The BDS will specialize in reaching out to set appointments with new and existing prospects, presenting the opportunity for a Digital Marketing evaluation. This is a phone prospecting position and a vital addition to our team-- while we have many ongoing ancillary marketing efforts in this division, we need a team to execute our call campaigns, and reach out to tens of thousands of small businesses in our database. We have an aggressive incentive plan to maximize performance and call time including an additional bonus system for qualified closes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Stay organized in and committed to calling a minimum of 4-hours of talk time or 300 calls a day.
- Qualify prospects that are interested in setting up a Digital Marketing consultation with our Business Development Managers.
- Learn and memorize phone campaign pitches and associated brand / product concepts.
- Tirelessly reach out to our lists of 100,000+ contacts, introducing our brand and gathering information. Dependent on the campaign, this also means live-transferring to our inside sales team and / or setting callbacks.
- Properly use our CRM to efficiently call, notate, and disposition behavior and client responses.

Qualifications

- Native level English.
- An excellent, friendly phone voice that both gives and commands respect with an emphasis on getting through gatekeepers.
- An unyielding tenacity to get through thousands of phone calls weekly.
- Intermediate+ level of computer fluency with a capacity to seamlessly integrate into our proprietary internal phone and contact management software. Ability to type 40WPM.

Work Environment

OMG National is a creative environment featuring an eclectic staff of individuals. Our office is headquartered in Davie, Florida, however we are a fully remote company, allowing you to work from home!

Compensation + Hiring

Hiring Process Overview: Qualified individuals (as determined by their submitted resumes & portfolio) will be invited in for a pre-interview consisting of several quick hiring assessments. We will then have several rounds of interviews before making a final selection.
