? The shift for this position is Saturday & Sunday (7:00am ? 7:00pm EST); 8-hour shift, though hours may vary.

Essential Job Functions:
? Answering calls in a courteous, timely, and effective manner
? Managing multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment

? Being comfortable learning light technical lingo and communicating with technical supervisors
? Managing certain e-mail accounts, routing e-mails to appropriate departments, and creating service tickets as needed
? Assisting with ordering & coordinating company luncheons

(If Onsite):
? Greeting visitors and ensuring a friendly & professional first impression is made
? Coordinating paperwork
? Ordering & stocking office and kitchen supplies
? Assisting with other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects (including, but not limited to, scanning, electronic filing, paper filing, shredding, mail distribution, data entry, etc.)

Skills & Knowledge:
? At least one year of reception experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite products
? Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy, and quality
? Ability to work as part of a team to seek help when needed and provide help when available
