Responsibilities

9. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.


Eligibility Criteria

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B International sales experience, preferably in Canada/USA region, with a strong track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Have good exposure to software sales, digital marketing, SEO & websites.
Proficient in English, especially with a USA/Canadian accent, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a good exposure on Google Teams/zoom video meetings with corporate clients.
Proven ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively, handling objections and resolving conflicts.
In-depth understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, including consultative selling and relationship building.
Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a solid drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
