In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations for Amazon Fresh, ensuring that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products on time. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supply chain management and has a strong track record of driving operational excellence. If you are a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex supply chain networks, we would love to hear from you. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products to customers. Oversee all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain for Amazon Fresh, including sourcing, procurement, transportation, and inventory management. Lead a team of supply chain professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure operational excellence. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain plans. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships to ensure the best quality and pricing for products. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and continuously strive to improve processes and procedures. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and communicate progress to senior leadership.
