Major Responsibilities of the Role:

Qualifications:

  • Successful candidates must be fluently bilingual (French & English)
  • Must possess a College or University degree or equivalent in experience and a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • The candidate must also demonstrate strong customer service skills and display above-average team skills with a desire to contribute in a highly interdependent team environment.
  • The successful candidate will be highly computer literate with keyboard skills.
  • Ideal candidates will be dependable, self-sufficient, internally motivated, and highly committed to customer service.
  • Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours each week within the following timeframes:
  • Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm ATL
  • Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm ATL
  • Fiber-Op or comparable high speed internet must be available in your area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
