Responds to value stream inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction. Carries out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest. Prepares purchase orders to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance. Develop and maintain good vendor relationships. Perform delivery assurance responsibilities. English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties/functions within the company and have availability to travel up to 10% domestically. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Administration, Technology or Engineering. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. Qualifications We Prefer Preferred fields in BA include: Finance, Accounting and Information Technology. 1 year of experience using MS Office in PowerPoint and Excel. Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? What You Will Do Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans. Responds to value stream inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction. Carries out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest. Prepares purchase orders to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance. Develop and maintain good vendor relationships. Perform delivery assurance responsibilities. English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties/functions within the company and have availability to travel up to 10% domestically. Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Administration, Technology or Engineering. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. Qualifications We Prefer Preferred fields in BA include: Finance, Accounting and Information Technology. 1 year of experience using MS Office in PowerPoint and Excel.
